Dear readers, I am pleased to announce that last week I finally launched my Amazon Author profile. It has taken me a while to get around to it but I finally bit the bullet and have established my ‘social media’ presence on Amazon, the largest book retailer in the world! Since you are here. Let me give you a tour of my Author Profile so that you can easily find your way around when you visit. Here are three features of my Amazon Author profile that you might find handy:
Follow me – If you have an Amazon profile you can follow me to get new release updates and improved recommendations when you browse Amazon. Just click the Follow+ tab below the picture on my profile. This will also come in handy later if you are interested in pre-ordering copies of my upcoming novel Children of the Ocean God.
Read my blog – My Amazon Author profile makes it easier to stay up-to-date with my latest blog posts. I have synched it to my author website blog so you will be able to catch all of my blog posts from today onwards by checking the Author updates section of my profile!
Get author and book recommendations – A really cool feature that can help you to discover other interesting authors (who publish in similar genres to me) and their creations is the Customers Also Bought Items By. This is especially handy if you are looking for ideas on what to read next.
